Marble, granite and terrazzo floors are being installed in high profile office centers every year. Daily cleaning, waxing and polishing by improperly trained cleaning personnel can quickly begin to destroy the beauty of the stone.

Constant buffing coupled with heavy foot traffic, slowly erodes the finish of the floors, requiring them to be ground down and re-polished.

Pro-Tec uses state-of-the-art resurfacers that will grind, hone and polish your floors using a graduated series of diamond impregnated disks. This method gives your floor a mirror-like finish, which can be maintained for months by using only a damp mop. We will then protect the stone with a specially formulated impregnator that provides protection from spills and staining for years to come.

A great benefit to Pro-Tec restoring your floors using diamond impregnated disks is that associated maintenance costs are greatly reduced. Since no topical coatings (waxes) are used in our restoration method, routine waxing, buffing and stripping of floors becomes completely unnecessary.
